Sherwood Development Group, founded in 2016, is a real estate development and commercial general contractor focused on Cabarrus County and Mecklenburg County in North Carolina.

 

As a general contractor, Sherwood is focused on build-to-suit and commercial upfits of industrial, office, and retail uses with project sizes ranging from $50,000 up to $1,500,000 in the Charlotte MSA.

 

Sherwood performs land entitlement services and land development services for residential land located in Cabarrus or Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.  To date, Sherwood has successfully rezoned/entitled over 2,000 residential (townhomes, single family, active-adult, and age-restricted) lots.
